1. The service
The CGP Platform is a business development tool for UK registered care providers. It provides CQC-sourced lead data, AI-assisted ad and outreach generation, social media scheduling and related growth features. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of your business.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and two-factor codes secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
3. Subscriptions & payment
- The platform is offered on monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) at the prices shown at signup, plus VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulations.
- Send unsolicited communications that breach UK marketing or data protection law (including PECR and UK GDPR).
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Resell or redistribute the service or its data without our written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring any outreach or marketing you send using content generated by the platform complies with applicable law.
5. AI-generated content
The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy, outreach emails and social content. This content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. You are responsible for checking accuracy, tone and compliance before using or sending any generated content. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
6. CQC & third-party data
Lead data is sourced from the Care Quality Commission's public register and other public sources. While we aim to present accurate, up-to-date information, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made based on it.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, its design, software and branding belong to CGP. Content you create or upload remains yours, but you grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business or data arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the platform ends, though some provisions (such as liability and intellectual property) survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
